Each promise links to the page with the actual terms and its limits.
Every source file is yours
CAD, schematics, layout, firmware, app code and test procedures, handed over at every paid gate.
How ownership works →Exit at any gate
Each stage has a fixed scope and price. Stop whenever the data says stop, and keep everything.
The gates →One landed price
Unit quotes include freight, duties and tariffs, delivered to your US door.
How we quote →Certification, planned
FCC, PTCRB, carrier and Bluetooth paths mapped before the first board, filed in your name.
FCC planning →Your cloud, your keys
No China-hosted service in the data path. Audio and health data reach only your endpoints.
Data sovereignty →A US contract
Aximora Labs Inc. signs under US law. Reviews in the Bay Area, engineering in Shenzhen.
Engagement terms →Prototype. Pilot. Production.

Questions
Who owns the IP and source files?
You do. Designs, firmware, app code and documents made for your project are assigned to you when each gate is paid, and handed over at every gate. How ownership works.
Do you build the companion app and cloud too?
If you want us to. By default we deliver the device, its firmware and an SDK. As an option we build the iOS and Android app and the backend, deployed in your own cloud account. App, cloud and AI.
What is the minimum quantity?
Builds start at around 10 units. Pilot runs of 10–1,000 units are normal for us, not an exception.
Does any of our data go through a cloud in China?
No. Devices talk to your cloud or a US region you choose, and we deliver firmware source and an SBOM so you can verify it. Data sovereignty.
